A program that offers kids a head start on a healthy lifestyle encouraging a love for movement and an understanding of the impact of nutrition.
Our Goal
To foster a lifelong love of fitness by teaching foundational movement patterns in a way that feels like play. We meet every child where they are and encourage progress at their own pace in a safe, supportive environment.
Class Schedule
45 minute class 1x/week
Kids FIT (4-9 year olds)
Tuesdays @ 10:15 and 4:30
Youth FIT (10-14 year olds)
Thursdays @ 10:15 and 4:30

Kids FIT is all about creating a positive, playful introduction to movement. Through games, age-appropriate workouts, and skill-building activities, kids build strength, coordination, and confidence—all while having a blast.
Youth Fit (Ages 10-14)
Building Strong Bodies and Confident Minds
Youth FIT is designed to help pre-teens and teens develop strength, endurance, and athletic ability through functional training that’s fun, challenging, and empowering.
